"The restaurant was very clean and the staff went above and beyond, they were caring and hard working. The two young men working had to warm up more meatballs because they ran out and warned me that they were fresh and very hot and as they were making my large order, used their spare time to clean and make sure the restaurant looked nice. They were very very amazing. My only problem with this restaurant was the fact that the online ordering was down for all the subways around and management should have a backup code or plan for these employees for when that happens instead of leaving them helpless and left to deal with these situations with no resources."
