"Ronald was very rude and walked away in the middle of me ordering and went to the back. Never will I ever go back to this location. Sad he's the manager!! It's not just him Lacey yells and is very disrespectful to the employees there. She's gonna yell at the wrong one on the wrong day. Shame on the owners if they allow their employees and customers to be treated like dirt."

"Went there after dark and some of the parking lot lights were out. Inside i only saw one person working there. Took about 5 minutes before he took my order. Took about 10 minutes to get our food. There were some "scary" looking customers walking around. One guy came in and started yelling a the back of the restaurant which scared us because he went back to there when no one showed up. We did learn he was a morning crew employee, but he didn't need to yell and make a scene that scared us. I won't go back there"

"I was almost going to give a bad review, but the manager made my issue right. The bun on my Bug Mac was tough and I could barely bite through it, and stopped trying to eat the sandwich when it fell apart trying to do so. But the manager was more than happy to make it right and gave me a fresh sandwich, new fries, and an apple pie. Stuff happens but it’s always great when it’s made right!"

Mr. Danny Noonan:

"This by far one of the worst McDonald's in the metros. The only pro is rhe Playland and clean bathroom It is not well managed, well maintained. All 6 hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. 4 employees were informed but none of them took actions. They were no motivated to replace or refill the hand Sanitizer. Management need to be hands on and see the facility to make sure its well maintained and maintain customer safely. I recommend heading a few miles north to the ankeny location."
