Wendy's

"Placed order, paid, was asked to pull into parking spot then proceeded to watch 4 other cars that were behind me get they're food. I didn't have a big order. Baconator single an a $5 jr. Cheeseburger bag. After waiting about 8 minutes a employee came out to her vehicle an she said "you ain't get your food yet?" Now this employee was helpful an went back on to see why I hadn't gotten my order yet. So I wait another 8-10 minutes finally get food. I'm running late so I just drive off. I get to where I'm going about 4 minutes away an my fries are cold an I don't have nuggets or sauce! Absolutely ridiculous! Do better ya'll! Maybe stop having people pull to the side an they'll actually get their food!?"

"Had the worst experience at this Wendy’s on 33 rd street on around 9pm 2/26/23. Took over 5 minutes to have someone take my order at the counter, and when they did the guy who helped me had hickies all over his neck. The cooks and line workers were yelling and screaming at each other and constantly swearing that the whole seating area could hear them. Fries were cold, and burger was not what I’m ordered. Worst Wendy’s establishment I have been to. Never again. I would give it no stars if I could."

"There's a practice amongst fast food joints in Cedar Rapids that I really despise, they ask you to move forward to wait for your food in a parking spot or by the curb, but not because the line is too long. They do this because there is a tracker in front of the window that tracks how long a car stops there and it reports to corporate how long they're taking to get food out to each car. So if they ask you to pull forward, the tracker thinks that you've gotten your food quickly. Today the food was fine, but I was asked to move forward to the curb even though there was no one behind me in line at all. I sat for about 12 minutes waiting for that food."

"Roll into the drive thru after work. Shouted at cause you’re not ready. Then we order and have drinks thrown at us. 10 minutes later a bag of food. We asked for straws, yet the drive thru person had no clue of what we were saying and kept shouting what sauce! No one said that! Straws, while her coworkers laughed. Then had straws handed to us. Do better! Trash facility! Asked for no mustard and pickles but I’m sure staff thought it was hilarious because asking for straws was too much!"

"I ordered a baconator triple they gave me 3 chunks of meat and no bacon we checked befor we left that we had all our food 2 sandwichs 2 fries and a wrap. Now I have to drive back 30 minutes to get my order right? It's really messed up that they don't think people's time mates not like ill get the gas mony back for driving my truck a hour out of my way to fix ther f up. I gess you need to open ever sandwich and look at all the toppings from now on. Its not even the same sandwich with out bacon. On top of that no Receat in the bag like I was told I was gonna get one after they filled the order. I spent over 30 doalls there todat and they should make sure that they make the food right Next time I might as well just go eat out at a real restauran that will take me just as long as it did at this place. And the food would be fresh not all stall old fries."
