"The space is very attractive! They have big garage doors that open for a 3 season outdoor eating area. It's really big inside the restaurant. Lots of TVs, beautiful chairs and booths, pretty bar, everything clean. I went at 5 on a Sunday, about half full. Seated quickly, ordered quickly, then waited a long time. Didn't get a refill on water until I flagged someone down. Server not the friendliest but no worries. I got my food. I had the enchiladas verdes with chicken. The plate was hotter than the food. The beans and rice were okay. The sauce was good. The main dish seemed bland. Of course, that is only my opinion! Big selection of food and drinks. My dinner was $14 and I tipped 20%. Enough food for 2 meals if I would have liked it good enough to take home."
"We were seated immediately, the service was great, the large queso was huge, the food came really fast. Over all super good! My sister and I had the chori pollo and it was such a good dish. The shrimp cocktail was really good as well after I added a little extra salt and pepper. Over all a really good experience."
"The atmosphere was amazing. Awesome place to gather, grab drinks, and watch your favorite sports the staff were not friendly at all. They seemed rus.. we needed more chips and salsa and couldn't find anyone nearby. We have to send out an expeditionary team to find a staff. Some had their face burried in their cellular phones. The chips and salsa was amazing. The rest of the food were subpar, nothing special, just like any other restaurant. I had a piece of plastic with my chilli rellenos, Won't be coming back here in 2024. Maybe will try again in 2025. Overall, excellent atmosphere, however I don't recommend this establishment."
"Great experience at Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant Altoona tonight. Services was fast, food was faster. Clean, great atmosphere and music. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Was never thirsty. Looks like it’d be a great place to watch the game too!"
