"A Manager laughed at me, mocked me and hung up the phone on me when trying to get answers. I ordered through your app. The order was canceled. I called to ask why and they said it wasn't canceled. I called Door Dash. Door Dash says the dasher showed up at Panda Express and said they never got my order. I call Panda Express again. This is when the manager is laughing at me and mocking me saying the order wasn't canceled and is just sitting there. Tells me I need to call Door Dash again. I call Door Dash again and they say that Panda needs to assign a dasher. I call Panda again and the lady keeps asking me to pick up my order and won't let me even talk. I asked her to stop talking for a second and listen to me and then she hung up the phone. The store then wouldn't answer at all. Now the order shows completed but it's not completed. I have no food, my money is taken and my rewards."

"The orange chicken never misses. The employees are friendly and my order is always accurate. The speed of service, however, needs a lot of improvement. The drive-thru typically has 20min waits during peak meal times."

"I ordered food from this location on doordash on 11/24/23 at around 8:30 pm. A dasher named Rafael ended up stealing my food. I called Panda Express to warn them about the Dasher at around about 9:00 - 9:20. I spoke to a lady that replied in a uncaring and rude manner "okay, what would you like us to do about that." It's obvious that you should trespass that dasher if he is stealing from your customers to prevent him from hurting the business but I suppose some employees in 2023 are too incompetent to comprehend that simple concept."

"Stopped around 4:30 in the afternoon the sweet fire chicken wasn’t full and looked like it had been there awhile. I asked the gal how old it was? No response. Against my best judgment I ordered it and the honey sesame chicken. Both were well beyond fresh. A lesson learned that good money was wasted and don’t patronize Panda Express unless it’s in peek serving time!"

"I drove 30 minutes one way for the beyond orange chicken and it was WELL WORTH IT. The drive thru was long so and I wasn't in a hurry so I went inside to order. The woman was very nice and I even got a fresh batch of the beyond chicken. I hope the beyond orange is here to stay!"
