"Ordered through uber eats, got it an hour afterwards, this is iowa city, not some huge city. On top of that they gave a piece of stale bread like it was heated on purpose to make it too hard too eat because i called complaining about my food not being here. Driver doesn't know about gps, i can understand not everyone uses it but you're a driver you should know about it."

"Literally the worst service experience I’ve had at any fast food or chain or full service restaurant period. My delivery order was 2 hours late, and after calling to check in on my order, I was STILL told that there was “no estimated arrival time“ for the order. Then when I called, ( in a super chill manner because I literally work in the food industry as well), they had the audacity to be rude to ME. I get totally that the food industry can be frustrating, especially when things out of your control happen while working. But the worker I spoke with was the most unprofessional and careless employee I’ve ever spoken with, and he refused to help me any further nor give me any customer service number to help me rectify the situation."
