"I ordered a sandwich with double meat and the employees proceeded to make fun of me and mock me for it insinuating that I was fat."
"We walk in and there are people sitting at tables but no one is at the counter or employee around to greet us. There was a sign saying they are short staffed but no sign of employees. We said hello to the front no answer, went to the side of the counter and looked in the back and said hello. Waited a few more minutes are were leaving when we saw a gentleman in a subway shirt come in from outside and we asked if he was on duty he said yes. Then a younger gentleman came with him who was also an employee. Nether one apologized for making us wait, not being at the counter, or offered anything for the inconveniences. They almost lost 2 sales/customers due to their absence. I get being short staffed but if that’s the case one should have at least been at the counter while the other was on break. Not together. The Sandra were ok. The wait timez and lack of customer service was the biggest issue"
"It's a fun time for me when I come and see my friends who work behind the counter for the last 7 years since retiring from the USPS. I love messing with them. But they know I dont mean it. I love them like they are my children."
"Josh and the rest of the staff are amazing. The blonde woman and the dude with tattoos, I’m sorry idk their names. All of them do outstanding work though. I have a subway right by my house but I always make it a point to stop at THIS location because of the service. They are so friendly, they act like they enjoy doing their job and they make the sandwiches so perfect. I’ve never had a subway in my 25 years of life make such perfect sandwiches every time. I love you guys! Thank you for your dedication!!"
"This location does not meet the standards of a subway but I believe the owner has been making some improvements with staff. The place will close before the closing time of the location. Day shift has customer friendly staff but the night shift and manager are not customer friendly. The food is fresh during day shift but not always on the night shift."
