"I have always had good things to say about this Wendy's, until today. I always get a Dave's double with no cheese and only ketchup, mustard and pickle. Emphasis on the no cheese. Until today, they had never gotten my order wrong. Today when I pulled up I noticed the person taking my order was trying to rush me, which was slightly off-putting. Then, as I pull up to the 1st window, I see someone standing at the back door hitting a vape. Turns out, order taker was rushing me because she just had to hit her vape. So I sit at the window a minute and she runs back in to take my payment. At this point there's 2 red flags. As she's running my CC, she's also texting something on her phone. Red flag #3. How do I know she's not taking down my card information? Get to the 2nd window to pick up my order it is taking a lot longer than it usually does. Especially since there was nobody in front of me. Low and behold, they put cheese on my burger. May not seem like a big deal to most people, but I have dietary restrictions. Very disappointed."
"Usually always on point with their food. The app always has awesome cheap coupons. You can earn points easily for free food when using their app also. Employees are pretty cool and always make sure the food is fresh and make things right."
"I was craving a big juicy burger and this hit the spot! Quick, fresh, delish. I ordered through door dash- timing was just as quoted. The meal was less than $10 and included fries and a drink. Wendy's has never been in my rotation of fast food burger joints- but this experience will change that! The biggie bag deal for $6 is phenomenal. You get a sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink for $6. Who does that?! Wendy's!"
"Burger tasted like it had been microwaved, and no condiments. The over salted fries were the best part. I would stay away from this Wendy’s…actually all of them…Cannot believe I wasted money on this food as I had to go to the next place to get food that was actually edible. Anyone who rates this place higher than a 1 star knows someone who works here or someone who owns this place. Garbage."
