"One visit they had me pull ahead waited 45 minutes before going back to the window because it was covid time still and told me sorry we forgot you. Today almost 3 years later I stopped on a whim got a 5 piece tender meal drink and potatoes gave the cashier a $20 bill she gave me NO change and no receipt. That's legit theft I really won't be coming back after this. Ps the chicken was barely cooked enough and certainly not the hot."

"Everytime I come here the employees are always rude and give the wrong orders I ordered a 12 piece sweet and spicy wing meal I received a 6 piece bbq wing meal with a Hi-C instead of a strawberry Fanta. I called and explained what happened and the manager told me I can come back and she can change the drink and and when I said I this isn’t the food I ordered."

"The order was put in 15 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arriving the ticket was still sitting On the receipt machine there was one worker who was very helpful and was trying to assist and another who was very stressed out and running around yelling at me and her co worker. She had a lobby full of people who were waiting. People who had ordered in the dining room, people from the drive, and online orders. The one lady. Got my order ready within 15-20 minutes, but left it on the counter for another 10 minutes. Because the other said it was first come, first serve and wouldn't let her give it to me. Stating there were people who were there longer. I said well that order was put online." She started to argue otherwise, but I know she didn't know because she hadn't looked at the ticket. It was still on the receipt machine when i came in. She was so busy letting me have it that she quit doing her job and wanted to just look right, though I wound up dropping the ordering & leaving. On my way out, all I heard was her justifying the entire crowd. "Gotta help the people who were here first " With an attitude to be sure i could hear.. I know she stressed, but that's too much. Consistently out of regular items then attitude while waiting. Not reflecting the one who tried but the experience is not pleasant or reasonable or uncommon. Usually not as much attitude but she justified it so in her eyes better"

"Left before ordering. Staff was too busy talking to even notice me. While standing the saw both bathrooms out of order.. Where are people supposed to wash their hands? And you're still open that's absolutely disgusting I guarantee I'll never be back after seeing that and you're lazy employees. Even the front door of the place was broken."

"This is the best fast food spicy chicken sandwich place you can get. Their new wings are also very good. Good spice and kick sometimes the spice stacks and you have to take a break, but that doesn't mean you should turn down the heat. Keep it as spicy as it is now. Service works really hard but it looks like there are only 2-4 people working there at all times. Doesn't seem like a worker problem, but more of a large cooperation problem. I'd say increase the wage of everyone there. Do not get the red beans and rice. No flavor just mush."
