"Staff was rude didn’t want to take any orders because they had to many online orders kept telling customers well it’s going to be a 30 min wait before I can get to you told them I didn’t mind waiting. When I received my food my corn was burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it lemon pepper chicken sandwich hard as a rock! Then they gave me the wrong flavor of wings! The lobby was filthy! I drove 45 mins just to get wingstop I understand you guys were busy but there’s no way I waited that long for my food and that’s what y’all gave me? Tried to call the phone was off the hook all night smh will never be back to this location again. Really just want my money back all honesty! Google won’t let me upload the photo otherwise I would show you!!"
"Food was good. Workers struggle with the names! If they can’t do names they need to do like fast food and have a number cause I grabbed the wrong food order on accident cause I heard my name…… I checked the order and me and another person got the exact same order! when my order finally came they still pronounced it wrong! Go to numbers then no one gets confused!!!"
"Looking for some wings, so we stopped here last Saturday around 11:30. Walked in the door (that said they opened at 11:00) and we were promptly told they weren't serving right now because they were going to fill internet orders first. Never said when they would serve walk-ins, just that we needed to leave because online orders came first."
"I was so hungry for wings! 1st time there! they had a special for 20 boneless wings with fries. Order 4 different types of wing! They are NOT WINGS! they are chicken nuggets!! This is false advertising!! Fries were overly seasoned and very salty also! I won't recommend this place,!!"
"I’ve been there three times. Foods good except the hair I’ve found two out of the three times. Called today to put in an order. I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to get to feed 5 people. I told her let’s go with 50 wings. Lady told me had to order online or in store for an order that large, then hung up on me. I was going to scale it down to 40 wings. I ended up calling BWW and order 60 wings from them over the phone. Your loss wing stop."
