"Pizza was scarce and chicken breast was served raw. When addressed with management instead of offering another was told I didn't understand the marinating process for their chicken. I have eaten at Pizza Ranch in CB and definitely know undercooked chicken. Next time just correct the issue."

"I don’t understand the negative reviews. Probably from people who think they’re entitled and have never worked in the food industry or understand how it works. Anyways, my family and I ate here and the cashiers were so kind with one even telling us to never hesitate to ask them for anything because that’s why they’re getting paid. Pizza and chicken were amazing as always and I will be back."
"We have been to this particular location 4 times in the past year, and today was the worst experience ever. Chicken was undercooked, and all the buffet bars were under sto ked with food and messy. We arrived at 5pm and ordered a pizza, and at 550pm, there was still no pizza, and when asked about the delay, we were advised that the kitchen was making other orders first."
