"I worked with Mia for years on a very simple LLC. I was then informed one year that she could no longer offer her services for the amount I was paying. I understood and asked what the new amount was and she wanted to go from charging $300 to $950. When I asked for clarification on the $950, since that's what she charges for much larger business tax returns, she never responded. I then started working with a new accountant, who charged me a fair $400, but together we realized that Jack & Company made mistakes on our 2018 return and I'm now paying another $200 to my new accountant to fix those mistakes. In my opinion, this is not professional nor how you should run a business. If you work with this company, just make sure you thoroughly check their work."
