"I cannot recommend this company to anyone for filing their taxes. I highly advise you to take your business elsewhere. I received dreaded mail claiming I owe the government a large sum of money as a result of the tax return they filed for me. Usually I file my taxes myself, but I hired Orchid Accounting to handle a year with special events for me. They messed up my taxes horribly but I was not knowledgable enough to recognize it. I had asked them to double check the numbers and was naive to believe they had updated it correctly after they claimed they'd looked again. I have been attempting to contact them for weeks to discuss this and review what was filed again but they have been unresponsive to phone and email. Again, proceed with caution when using this company."
