"I was referred to Edwards by a friend. Chuck and his team went above and beyond expectations. They have earned me as a customer for life. I worked with Nate to try to narrow down what I wanted. Literally after I named like 6 things, he matched me to a car, and it was the one I ended up going home in. 1st pick of his, and it was perfect. I had some rough times with car lots and I was so ready for it to be over, but walking onto another car lot I was so nervous. Chuck literally bought my friend and Is children dinner because it was 8 and we have young kids. They did everything they absolutely could to make sure I had everything I needed. It was so easy, and they made it fun. Huge shout out to the finance department who got me the best deal possible, and again exceeded expectations! Will absolutely recommend everyone to shop for their next car here!"

"I decided it was time to upgrade my vehicle, about 7 years of driving in a basic model with crank windows, no blue tooth, no GPS, nothing fancy except A/C and heat. So I shopped around, talked to a few different dealerships and chose this 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Edwards in CB. They were amazing to deal with, gave me a super cheap deal on a 7 year full interior and exterior warranty. Less than 24 hours of owning it I noticed a very very small crack on the windshield and the front end had a knock on bumps, Edward's put a brand new windshield in and all new front struts to fix it for me. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Noemi was very professional and an amazing person to deal with, she listens to what you want and doesn't show you cars that don't fit what you're looking for."

"Our salesperson was great, but after that it was problem after problem. Drove the car home the day we got it and then the next day had to bring it in for an inspection. This was not done beforehand, so they discovered a bunch of problems. I did not get the car back for an entire month and still had issues with it even after that and had to pay insurance on it too. The bank they use for financing kept saying they didn’t get my insurance information and I got fines for that. They only reimbursed me for 1 month instead of 2. Their finance department is not clear with you at all so be careful, gave me a plan I didn’t want or ask for. Luckily most of it was cancelable with the exception of one thing that I did have to pay for (still a waste of money). You have to go in to the building to make sure something is cancelled because I called and they said they would take care of it and nothing I tried to cancel was initiated when I checked again, only when I went in did they finally do it. They messed up both of my front and back plate holders putting on their dealer advertisement ones, so I once again had to take it back so they could fix the rear one and I had to order a new mount for the front. Every car I’ve bought from a dealer had new windshield wipers and I had to immediately go buy new ones. Overall terrible experience and would never buy from them again."

"Well I went car shopping for the first time and the gentleman that I had was nice,sweet,and made us feel like we were like family and even though we sat there all day long waiting to see if we got approved for the car we wanted and to finish up the paperwork he made it well worth it by have conversation with you and just to make the time go by faster but to give a big shout out to Nathan Humlicek (aka nate 19) he was amazing and got me my first new car and I couldn't be happier thank you again"
