"They were very positive at the consultation that they could help us with our nephews guardianship case, but after we put down the retainer fee things went down hill. I was the one putting timelines together, asking for Joanna the paralegal to subpoena police reports and cps reports. If we didnt stay on top of them nothing got done but they sure made sure to charge you for it. Court date kept getting pushed back because Lawrence was out of town. Hired them in January 2022 and nothing had been done by November 2022. Just money hungry, not organized and no help at all."
"DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. I HAVE PAID HIM OVER $2000 FOR WHEN I USED HIM IN MY CASE AND MY BALANCE HAS YET TO GO DOWN. AND TODAY YET AGAIN I TRIED TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF $200 AND THEY TOOK OUT $500 AND LIED TO ME SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO REFUND ME THE $300 WHICH I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY STATED THEY HAVE YET TO DO AND THAT NOTHING IS SHOWING UP ON THEM REFUNDING ME. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME I HAD ISSUES WITH THIS LAWYER. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SENDING YOUR STATEMENT TO THEM EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO NOT SEND YOU THE STATEMENTS CAUSE OF ALL THE CHARGES THEY PILE ON YOU THAT MAKES IT HARD TO LIVE ON. AND ON ANOTHER ISSUE IVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY A FEW MONTHS AGO IS WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT HOW COME MY AMOUNT THAT I OWE HASNT GONE DOWN THE RECEPTIONIST STATED TO ME THAT SHE SUCKS AT MATH AND COULDNT DO THE MATH AT THIS TIME. I AM CURRENTLY TURNING THEM INTO THE NEBRASKA LAW COUNCIL FOR DISIPLIN FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!!!"
