"I've stayed at this hotel, one night, for the last two weeks and plan on staying again on a weekly basis. There is such a delight of a person that works there that I had to say something. "Well customer service is one of the best things that make your stay like if u are at home Yvonne was very perfectly trained with good customer service and I thank her for that and amanda also has been a good helping person and all the other staff members from front desk Desk housekeepers and maintenance man my buddy Patrick may god continue blessing this hotel and my friend I strongly recommend staying here with my friends god bless to all"
"I'm a truck driver and got stuck during a blizzard, Amanda was very friendly and accommodating, provided me with tips for places to eat and when I had a problem she helped me get it sorted. The rooms are nice and well stocked and the coffee is free. Would stay again."
"This place is clean and seems to be fairly well managed. Needs to be refreshed though, outside is an eyesore and inside looks a little shabby too. Hopefully Wyndham has them on a schedule for that. Only real issue we had was that they never cleaned the room. I was told that was because we had a do not disturb on the door; however that was removed when we left at 8:30 AM. Anyway, they quickly arrived with fresh towels when requested so all good."
"Came to Buena Vista University to check out the school for my son. The front desk clerk was great. She helped me pick out a restaurant which turned out to be fantastic. She was always kind and happy when I saw her. The room was spacious and very nice. I wish I could remember the clerk's name, she deserves a raise and/or promotion."
