"I'm so disappointed when I stayed there with my kids and husband everything was awesome but just today my husband called me telling the guy from the hotel went in his room at 6am yelling at him for not telling him how many people were going to be in the room the guy never asked him how many people were going to be in the room when I talk to the guy he said it was going to be $300 and the reason why it was $400 because I was there with my kids. Disrespect for going in to someone room and invading their space."

"Great service! Marty (the owner I think) went out of his way to allow me to stay there when I was in a bind and arriving late. The room was very clean and well maintained. Carpet seemed new and was clean. It was very quiet the night I stayed; I did not hear other guests. Definitely will stay here the next time I'm in Storm Lake."
