Hardee’s

"The food was awful!! We got 2 burgers and both were burnt and dry!! A 7 or 10 dollar burger should not look like this!! We also told the drive thru person that we only ordered 2 sandwiches and chicken stripes and they said that what we charged you for. We got 3 sandwiches and were charged for all three!! This is not rocket science to take an order and give customers what they ordered and for it to be correct!! I won’t eat at Hardee’s again if this is the quality and service we would get!! See my picture below and you tell me if you would pay 7 dollars for it!! Ridiculous!!!"

"We went to get dinner and what we got was a disappointment. We had to keep repeating what we wanted while we ordering through the drive thru. What we ordered was 2 number ones with no mayo, a diet coke, and sprite. The only thing they got right were the fries. They gave us a diet Dr. Pepper, and a sprite that was nothing but carbonation. Our sandwiches were covered in mayo. Normally when restaurants put mayo on my sandwich I can still eat the majority of it, but this one the only thing that didn't have mayo ondisappointment in. It was like they put double mayo on the sandwiches. I didn't pay almost 20 dollars to eat just my patty and my sister to eat her patty. This was very eye opening about Hardee's, and very disappointmenting."

"The Service at this Hardee's is really good especially the employees that work after 5pm. The employees are very polite and have very good manners and food was great. I didn't catch there names but I think one had brown curly hair and one with short hair."

"I'm not sure if she was new, didn't care or didn't understand what I was trying to say but I ordered #15 which is a big hot ham n cheese, common sense if someone says #15 than they want the meal aka "combo" OR you should ask the customer would you like that as a combo or just a sandwich but because I didn't say "COMBO" she rang it up individually. It shouldn't matter if customer says combo or not, if they give you a number than 98 percent of the time they want the "COMBO" and when I had to repeat myself 2x and still didn't click that it should have been a combo. When She copped an attitude at the end, that's when I just said okay, Managers please make sure you are telling them that if the customer says a # off the menu have them double check with the customer and ask if they would like that as a combo or just sandwich."
