"I absolutely love this store and love visiting. Unfortunately yesterday me and my boyfriend went into the store and one of the women working was extremely rude to him. i was downstairs picking out a couple things while he ran upstairs to grab one last thing before check out. she walked up to him and took the items out of his hand and said “these need to be kept at the register” with the worst possible tone, and walked away with 0 explanations to him. he apologized and she couldn’t even be bothered to respond to him. There’s no sign explaining this policy or anything. this made him feel like we shouldn’t go to that store anymore because i was walking downstairs with all of my items and not once did she say anything to me about this “policy.” There’s a lot of things i will put up with but being rude and disrespectful to my partner is NOT one of them. Will not be returning."
