"After rearranging my schedule for a save day tour and driving 45 minutes to look at these apartments, the apartment manager said me up. When I tried to call "Roxanne" I was meet with one of those automated message saying that number has been disconnected. 10/10 DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If they can't respect you before they have you in a contract they 100% will not respect you afterwards. There are way too many options to accept sub par communication and such a casual disrespect right it of the gate."

"Almost 8 months down the line and let me tell you, I should’ve listened and rented elsewhere but being in a time crunch and moving from out of state I was left with limited openings. First of Roxanne did a good job in getting us in but the problems started immediately we moved in, come to notice on inspection (after signing lease) that balcony blinds are basically held together by tape.. TAPE!!!!!! Carpet had stains, toilet was nasty. Garage door was broken which made it difficult to open but we managed it, then came the cold and it got stuck , some dude came and cut the wires so guess we have to manually open it now. Let me not even begin on our leaking refrigerator. One month after requesting maintenance some Travis guy came when I wasn’t home and claimed to “fix” it , okay tell me why my kitchen floor still wet and I have to put a bowl in the fridge to catch the water. Put in a second request and it’s been almost 3 months and nobody has came. Now moving on to the dryer, stopped working (I have unplugged and plugged back) at this point I have put in three maintenance request in the span of 4 months and still nobody. I have emailed and called and yet no response. In summary save yourself the headache, you get charged for all this amenities only to not be able to enjoy them and find yourself spending even more. So looking forward to my lease ending"

"Many of the units are constantly trying to keep roaches away and outside there is always trash laying around. People here don't clean up after themselves. I know apartments are not always quiet, but 6am, every Saturday, someone is pounding on the door upstairs until 6:15. Literally every Saturday. And parking! They took away most on the extra parking on the side yet some random cars are always parking in numbered spots, even if it's not their assigned spot. It's usually for a very short time but it is always bad timing which leads to parking tickets because I parked on the side for 12 minutes and waited for someone to move their car from my spot. Even the lady showing empty units will park in the numbered spots which causes more parking tickets and issues."
