Panda Express

"Do not go buy food at this Panda Express.. it gave my husband food poisoning that lasted for about 2 weeks. The food tasted weird, it was the Beef Broccoli,. Everything else does not taste good. We have tried different plates and the taste just does not match. For some reason Panda Express in California is good but not this in iowa. I think it's the lack of fresh ingredients. Plus for this quality of food, it's pricey. Food that gives you food poisoning should be cheaper. This is my honest review."

"This place has really gone down hill. They are always out of so many entrees. They must of changed there spices. I have had to return so many entrées because it was too spicy. I don't Waste my time going there anymore. Beef and broccoli is soggy. Pulling up to the drive thru they tell you what they have because they are out of so much. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend"

"I've eaten from this chain before, but for some reason this specific restaurant the food was awful. The beef and broccoli had a weird taste that later on that day gave me food poisoning, my kids got chowmein and it was so dry the noodles were stuck together and we had to throw them away because the kids didn't want to eat them. The orange chiken was cold and tasted like freezer. Will not go to this location. Most chains I go to are full of guest mostly all day, this location empty and now I know why."

"I ordered delivery today a medium beef and broccoli but received a small. I am more than a little annoyed it's very expensive for them to screw it up like this."

"I was a bit hesitant to try this place since I read a lot of reviews I didn’t care for. However, I was in the neighborhood and craving something Asian, so I decided to give it a whirl. I must have come at about a prime time, because my experience was pretty good. For the record, it was on a Sunday about 11:30AM or so. Anyhow, staff was friendly and helpful, and no one seemed to be acting out of line, as I’ve read can happen here. Food was also warm and fresh, and didn’t appear that they were out of anything. Place was clean over all (granted, they probably just opened for the day). I dined in, and there were others that followed, and I didn’t notice any difference in the staff from what I experienced when others were ordering, nor from what I could hear from drive thru. There are enough people with complaints against the same issues, so I’m fairly confident there have been consistent issues here and need for improvement, but the above is my honest review from my visit, and it was a decent one. I’ll be back at some point I’m sure, and can always update and/or write another if things are different at that point. But for today, it was pretty good over all."
