"I asked for a chicken sandwich, plain. Just the bun and chicken. No sauce or anything else on the sandwich. The first one had a sauce or mustard like thing on it. The other two times that they made it. They had everything on it like the picture. I was getting very angry, so i gave up. I didn't ask for my money back, I just left the food on the counter. I found food at Casey's. It was good and made right. And I spent over $25 on 2 meals."
"We stopped at this location on our trip across Iowa. We ordered four beef and cheddar sandwiches. They were most pathetic sandwiches we ever had. All bun, no meat. I understand the food never looks like the picture, however we eat these regularly and someone royally screwed up. I wish I would have taken pictures, however there was nothing to take a picture of. Very disappointed. We had to stop again later down the road to get something else to eat."
"My husband and I visited this restaurant last weekend and were very impressed, especially with the cashier. She was very personable, made us laugh and ensured we had everything we needed. She really enjoyed her job and it was a nice change to the everyday fast food worker we often see. Food was also top notch, keep up the good work!"
"Went their got two number 7s “buffalo chicken sandwiches” and asked if it could all be fresh gave us plain chicken sandwiches went back in and listened to them all talking bad about how I asked for fresh food didn’t know that was an unreasonable request? Got my sandwich and this is what it looked like"
