"Amazing atmosphere in the old church that the restaurant is in. The service was friendly and prompt. The kind you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Every time I eat there I enjoy it. Food is fresh and comes out quick and is not overpriced. Highly recomended."

"My wife and I took in lunch at Kings Steakhouse this past week. We had heard from other neighbors and family members that the service and food was really good. We were not disappointed. I had the Philly Cheese steak and found it to be as good as I found outside of Philadelphia. My wife went for the cheeseburger and fries. It was served with typical garnished but it was nicely laid out so you could do your own final assembly. We also enjoyed the complimentary appetizer rolls and house made honey butter. Very tasty and very classy to serve. Service was exceptional. We will try their dinner menu in the near future."

"I don't live in Spencer, but in the past I enjoyed dining at Gary's on the River. Was thrilled to hear about the buildings reopening under another name & ownership. I and a friend had the privilege of eating lunch at Kings today!!! Each of us ordered the California Turkey Wrap. Both the wrap & the accompanying steak fries were "superb & plentiful"!! Both of us took home enough food for another meal!! I have always loved the ambience of the building. Everything was emaculate & our service was great. Went to two more locations in Spencer after lunch & "sung King's praises" to the individuals within the stores. Both individuals had already eaten there & they too agreed the King's is a wonderful addition to Spencer. We will definitely return & I will happily recommend this establishment to others!! Thanks to all for a great overall experience!!!"

"We have received exceptional food each visit. The steak ranks right up there as a contender with Texas Roadhouse. The kids love the ribs and cheeseburgers! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Staff is friendly but could use some coaching on checking drinks or asking about desserts. Those are potential profits. We highly recommend!"

"Food was excellent! Steaks were perfectly cooked. Service was slow but to be expected when short staffed. Owner/waiter was great and staff was there to clean up plates once done. Bartender argued with owner after my wife and I saw a child put her alcoholic drink to his lips like he was drinking it and touched her straw. Must have been her son. Same child kept going behind the bar also. Other than that, it was a great atmosphere and experience."
