"Takeout order for family reunion placed a week prior. 3 phone calls this morning confirming. 2 employees in store at agreed upon pickup time stated they "missed" the order, stated it would be ready in an hour. Came back to pick it up and waited another hour for order to be done. Order was incomplete. Will not be using them again."
