"Super burrito was an equivalent to a soft shell with a sqirt of sour cream. Quesadilla had maybe a teaspoon of cheese in the middle, the rest was all tortilla. Boss bowl was half full. I should have got charge half, that's all we got."

"You can barely hear the guy speak through the speaker in drive through. I asked for my order to be steak/meat and ended up with chicken. I'm allergic to chicken so I'm glad I looked at my food before I ate it. I ended up throwing it away."

"Cashier took order and when we got the receipt the order was wrong. We told the cashier and she argued that we needed to run our card again to fix her mistake. She said we were wrong and that we needed to leave cause we were holding up the line. We asked for the managers name and number and she said she would not give it to us. She then proceeded to yell at us to leave and then slammed the window in our face. This is not how you treat customers."

"I try not to have very high expectations when I decide to swing over to the OC TJs. Im usually content if my food if its relatively warm and is accurate to what I ordered. I used the drive through recently on a Wednesday and the employee taking my order must have been pretty fresh and would take these long pause between the order process as if she had been thrown to the wolves to figure out what button to push and what to ask me next from the script. I felt for her, I’ve been there before and makes a fun job even more, fun! When i got to the window she took my payment and gave me my drink and then after I sat for what seemed like an abnormal amount of time I paused candy crush, set my phone down and looked to see what was happening. I saw a bag at the end of a make line prep table and new johns standing next to it kinda fidgeting nervously like she knew she should do something but there had been no direction delegated for her to even forget, what she could do. And then from the grace of God a buzzer went off and she got a look on her face that even gave me some confidence that everything might be alright. Hot potatoes in my bag, it must be my lucky day! She handed me the johntastic grub and i scampered off to find a low lit quiet place to see what mysteries await me. Bag Highlights: 1. Patty Os had zero seasonings. Only the flavor of not just but soon, oil that should be changed. 2 Zero Napkins. Its fine, thats half the reason i wear pants anyway. 3.loosely wrapped tex-mex items. Hey its all going in the same place anyway, right? Conclusion and Analysis. Hard to be disappointed when you have zero expectations. Training, its a thing. Might be helpful. Keyword is might. Stay johnzzzie taco land"

"It took 19 minutes to get our order of one taco and nachos. The nachos looked like they were put together by a first grader. The inside was dirty and tired. While waiting for our order, the staff received a take out order from another local restaurant. Seriously... Go somewhere else to get food."
