Hardee’s

"The lady at the drive through always seems like she hates customers; every time we’ve been to Hardee’s in town she never reads my order back, never tells me my total, just stands there waiting for me to give my card. Other employees do these things, so it must just be her? It’s happened several times with the same person. Also never gives napkins or a receipt with the food. I don’t see a point in coming here anymore, food is good, but the energy from her is just blatantly rude. There’s better places to eat for around the same price. I’d love to give 5 stars if service improves. But feeling like a burden when I’m just trying to support a local business is wild to me. I know this location can do better…."

"When they actually have what you want, it isn’t good. Service wasn’t super great either Chicken was cold and uncooked, they don’t have half the items on the menu, staff weren’t pleasant. Two separate visits"

"They will ABSOLUTELY accept your DELIVERY order, CHARGE you a delivery fee, then act completely clueless that it was a delivery order, and like it's your fault for not knowing that they don't deliver even though they are listed as DELIVERY and ACCEPT DELIVERY ORDERS. Then, after giving you attitude (and double charging you and not contacting you to let you know they don't deliver) they will absolutely NOT give you a refund. They'll just tell you, "well you can call my boss" like it's YOUR JOB to track down your own refund even though the onus lies ENTIRELY on the company itself to take responsibility for these issues. I don't run or even work at your company, ma'am! When it was all said and done, I paid OVER $50 for a double cheeseburger combo and a kids meal that was never delivered! OVER $50!!!"

"Got food to go around 8 on 4/18/23. Food was what was to be expected. The staff was rude and unprofessional. No one answered on the speaker in the drive up so I wasn't sure it was working I drove around to the window was waiting for the car a head of me and I decided it would be better to go in. I pulled into a parking spot and sent in my 13 yr old while I made a phone call. As she waited for her food she over heard an employee tell another one that this food was for the impatient car in the drive up. Talking bad about customers especially in front of them is not a good look. Do better Hardee's."

"This place is junk. They Always seem to be closed for dinner or no one is working. Also seem to be out of anything you try and order and if you are able to get some food its more than likely going to be cold. One time I waited in drive thru to order for 5 minutes just to see half the night crew comeing back from the gas station next door to finally help me. So no one was even there to take my order for that 5 minutes."
