"I've ordered from here before and usually haven't had a problem except the last 2 times . I ordered an Italian bmt with bread toasted (through the app) need less to say bread was not toasted last time it had onions when I put none."
"The last few times we have been in, the service is not great. Today we had a young man that had no personality, the girl working was fine. We stood there for quite a while and no one came to help us. Finally we opened and closed the door several times to make the bell ring so someone would come. The girl was in the restroom and the young man came from the back. She made our sandwiches, but he was slow putting toppings on and taking our money and again, not a smile or anything. Better change this soon or we won't be coming back.."
"I am changing my previously 5 star review...have had several instances of less than great service here and last night took the cake. First I tried going through the drive through, at 6:30pm, and it wasn't working. So I parked and walked inside. The tables had trash all over them, there wasnt an employee in sight, and the food making line had junk all over it and looked awful. I could hear employees socializing in the back, as I stood there for a couple minutes. As I was in a bit of a hurry I gave up waiting and walked over to the Godfathers and picked up a personal pizza instead. We've had other experiences of careless mistakes in not only the sandwich making, but also getting TRIPLE charged for things...I wish I had better reviews but it has seemed to go downhill quite a bit recently."
"Went through the drive thru and did not receive all of my order. Opened up our bag to get our food and my sandwich was not wrapped and crumpled into the bag. The other sandwich was put together on broken bread and was very poorly made. The workers need to pay more attention to the orders and make sure they are sending out quality especially for the price you pay there. Will not go back or recommend to anyone in the future."
