"The girl who waited on me tried to tell me a menu option wasn’t available, then changed her story to that it would be a 10 minute wait and I couldn’t order it. I said I was willing to wait. Then another lady from the back said it was ready and there was no reason to wait. The girl waiting on me got visibly upset and the rest of interaction was pretty terrible. She was short tempered from the beginning and nothing changed by the end of the order. If you don’t want to work there…don’t. There’s many places hiring right now."

"Very rude customer service wouldn’t let us finish ordering and cut us off and was annoyed that we wanted something made . Slammed the drive thru window open hard and then was having a very poor attitude cashier Emilee needs to learn customer service better . I get they are short staffed but no need to be rude to customers who just want to have something else to eat in this town besides other places … they are not even busy and still had an attitude . The only one person that was being polite was the guy that handed our drinks out to the car ."

"Swung in here to grab a “quick” bite while just passing through… stood at the counter for a while before anyone realized I was there. There was 1 other table there at 1:00 but they left shortly after I arrived so I was the only one in the restaurant for most of my visit. The general state of the place is (no polite way to say it) is dirty. Not only the floors but every table in the place was dirty. I had to wipe off a table with a napkin to sit down. Service was on the slow side. From when I walked up to the counter ready to order to when I got my food was 17 minutes. I was in the restaurant for a total of about 25 minutes and while they seemed to be adequately staffed, there seemed to be more talking going on than working. This included somebody yelling “EEEEWWWWWW, GRRROOOOSSS!!” This is definitely less than desirable to hear when eating somewhere. In the 25 minutes I was there until I left, no one had come out to do any cleaning of tables or floors which I think would be a priority while there are no customers. The general feel from this place was very uncaring… and that’s saying something because I think we’ve all come to expect a certain level of carelessness from fast food joints. The bacon was over cooked and thrown onto the burger haphazardly between two pieces of town bread next to a smashed onion fry. As the great Gordon Ramsay would say, “where are your standards?” So, other than the burnt bacon, the food was pretty good. The general state of the place, however, has left me wondering if I’m gonna feel sick later. When passing by next time, I will most likely stop at Taco John’s, Jimmy John’s, or McDonald’s. I don’t think I will be returning to this particular Hardee’s."

"Good Fries. Had the Chicken Tenders and they did not seem cooked all the way through. Didn't get sick from them, just not the best by a long shot. They only gave 1 small container of Dipping Sauce, about half what I normally use."
