"Top Shelf literally just scammed us out of our deposit! They kept 2,250 and we only received $550 out of $2800. Minor damages. Such as holes from curtains and then a couple of scratch’s on the floor. Not to mention it took them about a month and half to mail the check to our new home. Multiple phone calls prior and after and no returned phone calls ! Also they took town our portal so we had no access to our lease or any other payment history! They then turned a 12 month lease into a 13th month lease. Which was suppose to be corrected ! This is so unfortunate because we have done all the right things and did everything with integrity. I wish people could just do the right thing ! God bless."
