We just completed a home remodel and we have a bank of windows with a strong southern exposure, our previous floors showed a lot of "sun bleaching" and we did not want that to happen with the new floors and with furniture fabric. Sarah A had samples to me in 24 hours, we made a decision in about 2 weeks, she scheduled it for the following week, gentleman was on time and was very courteous as well as giving us a great overview of the product.
