"I am going to update this to let all know that the products are great, no problem. I will also say that Firestone support was/is extremely professional, prompt, and very understanding. Very, very poor service. I took an hour of work to come to an appointment that I made with a human on the other end, and when I show up, they have no idea who I am. How sad. I wasn't even on their schedule so that they could have called me to reschedule. Go somewhere else, it will save you wasted time!"

"Don’t waste your time coming here. I had a leak in my tire and was told it could be fixed with a patch. I was called about an hour later and was told they couldn’t patch my tire because it had a patch previously. That’s fine except for the fact that they said they had to change all 4 of my tires and they couldn’t change the one because my car has 4 wheel drive? The appointment was under my boyfriend’s name and the guy who called us was shocked that a man picked up, guess he was expecting to rip off a woman. They ended up replacing my tire with the spare that I had and did not call us at all to let us know the tire was fixed? I had to go in myself to pick up my car. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!"
