"I just got back from Granger Ford with new F350 Super Duty. I am very happy with the truck and the whole transaction - from ordering all the way to taking delivery of the vehicle. I had never ordered a vehicle before and Hayleigh helped me through the process making sure I get what I wanted. Communication was good all the way. Shelby had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived and I was in and out driving away in my new truck in no time. Thank you for this very pleasant buying experience. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from Granger again."

"Worst experience we’ve ever had with a dealership. We have purchased well over 18 new and used vehicles from numerous dealerships over the years and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever encountered. The staff was less than welcoming from the time we stepped foot in the dealership and it only got worse from there. Our 19 year old son drove all the way from Montana during the snow storm to purchase a 2021 F250 Super Duty from Granger. He had his heart set on this truck. The purchasing experience was less than par but to make matters even worse after our son got back to Montana the turbo went out. Granger had nothing to say except “You get what you pay for.” Excuse me? If you pay around $50,000 for a vehicle and then are told you get what you pay for then what are they going to tell you about a $25,000 or $30,000 vehicle? They never even offered at minimum an apology. We had the truck towed to a certified diesel mechanic who was able to determine they had attempted to delete codes that the truck had thrown while in Granger’s possession. The repairs will cost in excess of $5,000. Granger clearly does not care about customer service or even people for that matter. They treated us like we deserved what we got from them, because we refused to buy the extended warranty from them or finance the truck through them. I am aware of the non-existent lemon law in Iowa but to be treated this way regardless of the cost of the vehicle is entirely unacceptable. My advice, don’t do business with Granger Ford. They flat out don’t care about anything or anyone except making a sale and treating people like they are beneath them."

"I can't say enough good things about Granger Ford. Samantha did a great job keeping me informed during the long order process for our Maverick. She called and made sure the rollover order went without a hitch. When our truck came in, she made sure to accommodate our schedule. Samantha and Shelby made the purchase process easy and fast. The private offer on the college discount we used were all in place and there was no pressure to purchase any extras. I'm so pleased with Granger and my experience. Ford should reward great dealers like Granger."
