"We have had nothing but a bad experience at this dealership. When looking into a car we were told our credit was enough to get a certain loan amount without a down payment. The company doesn’t communicate amongst each other if a car salesman (Isiah) is off for the day so we were being told mixed information numerous times. The approval changed the day of but luckily we had a co-signer (retired police officer that’s my husband’s father) to be able to get the vehicle we were looking at. The vehicle had not yet been inspected but we were told we would have to come back to get that done a week later. Luckily we called to verify the time as we found out it was at a different location than the sale lot which we were not informed of. We noticed a few issues which are under warranty as it is a 2 year old car with low mileage so we got those scheduled to get looked at and fixed at Volkswagen. We were told the tires were new on the vehicle. Just confirmed this again with a call today. After having the car not even a month, we start getting a low pressure alert on the left front tire. We took it in to see if it could get patched (our expense). Firestone was willing to do it for free as it’s a new car; that’s up until they said it was on the inside of the tire where the rim is so it’s unpatchable. That it’s not something we personally did so it SHOULD be replaced where we bought the vehicle (what we were told). They also informed us that all of the tires had poor tread and needed replaced so it didn’t mess up the drive train. My husband checked the tread with a coin and the tread is fine so we know it was their way of getting a sale when it isn’t needed (not the first time they’ve done to myself personally; as I’m sure amongst other women). My husband called Edwards to see if there’s a warranty and was told they are all new tires and no there is not which makes absolutely no sense as all new tires have a two year, or so many miles, warranty. So $24k on a car with bad tires and issues with the SOS and navigation system!? Thanks Edwards! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your car sale or bring a mechanic to make sure the vehicle is worth the price. Oh and let’s not forget to talk about the lack of response back when trying to reach somebody. We have our dad (retired police officer) using his resources as well to look into this manner as legally it doesn’t sound right."

"Received this oh so wonderful email of lies. Explained our situation with a sales person through 19 emails before driving about two hours round trip with broken vertebrae only to be told need higher down, co signer, and not even a choice of cars it was what they selected. This is our SECOND bad experience with them. Lessened learned don’t fall for blast emails that are just to get you in the door."

"Stay away. Lousy customer service in their service department. Kept my daughter’s car for 19 days to work on the transmission, no loaner. You have to pay for a rental. Then finally when it was done they said the radiator was bad as well. Whaaat? Never called about the repair or anything. Screwing the warranty company!! Now, three weeks later the heat and air does not work. Took the car in and no word from them whatsoever so she is without a car for the night and has to figure out how to get my grandson to school!! How can people sleep at night?? Doesn’t say much for the managers either, if their people are this disrespectful and uncaring!! Will never go to Edwards again!!"
