""Incompetent people with no automotive knowledge" I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option. I usually look up my part numbers, and give them to them. The last 3 times I had them look up the parts I needed, all 3 times they ordered the wrong ones! They will also tell you that you ordered the wrong part, and it wasn't their fault. Sheer incompetence is what they excel in, not auto parts! They're priced higher than they should be as well, I order from Rockauto and it costs me around 30-50% less on average!"
