"Just went in for a simple high mileage oil change. No courtesies needed. The "gentleman" I talked to told me no because of no help. Which would be fine if there wasn't 2 employees outside the shop sweeping with one vehicle in their shop. Don't waste your time, this is not the business I once had pride in."
"Don't come here they damaged my girlfriends car restoring the headlights, then I took a F250 in for a tire repair and they patched the tire (which was leaking after) and couldn't balance, leaving me looking for another place on a Saturday morning, after they took 2 hours. Complete idiots."
"Friendly staff, but was a little irritated when I walked back to pick up my vehicle an found staff standing around an talking to other employees whom were not on the clock. Employees need to stay on task, so vehicles wouldn't take an extra 25 minutes to get completed."
"Terrible. Every time I go in, I wait forever. Today, at 2:30 p.m., I went to get an oil change and was told due to being short staffed they would be closing from 3-4 for lunch. No big deal. I come back, arriving at 4. I wait in line for 15min. I arrive at the counter and get told by the same employee I spoke to earlier that there is an appointment for tires coming in and my oil change may take an hour and a half. I understand that takes precedence, but why couldn't I be told that he first time I was in? I'm from out of town and can't just pop in real quick."
