"My wife and I have brought our vehicle to them over and over and they still don't have some of the things fixed. The service department likes to gaslight you or tell you that they fixed it when they've literally done nothing to even attempt to fix this. Because of this negligence we've been stranded on the highway with a problem that they "fixed" we literally made it 2 miles from the dealership before it broke down again. We've had many other issues with trying to get stuff fixed. And it was bought brand new from them with 17 miles on it. Not to mention the free oil changes for life what a joke. They have left my wife waiting in the lobby for 4 hrs to do an oil change that was schedule by them. Another great one is the last time our vehicle was in the shop it was there for 2 weeks. Come to find out they had it done the 2nd day and never called us. When brought up they lied about it and claimed to have personally talked to me on the phone and said my voice mail was full. All lies. Newsflash cell phones have caller ID and save the call logs. No such calls were ever placed. As well as the fact that other businesses left voice mails during that time frame and when they stated that my wife called my phone and left me a voice mail. But how'd she do that it it was full."

Arrived at appt, service department very aware of situation as salesperson communicated information to them. They found the problem, repaired it promptly at no charge to me.
