"Called to get towed out of snow drift in the Menards DC in Shelby. Another driver had called first and told me about them. It was a Saturday. My charges included mileage of 60 miles @ $3.50 a mile and 2 hours min at $500 an hour, which ended up only being like a half hour at most. The total was over $1300. That was really crazy. I don't know what the other driver was charged. I tried to ask what charges would be when i called but was told they can't estimate it. That seems like highway robbery! I'll try very hard never to make that mistake again. Tow truck driver was very nice and helpful, though."

They gave me a ride into town, secured me a hotel room, and got me back on the road in time to make it to my destination for Christmas.
