"If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. We dropped off our car last May and are now getting it back! We watched while Corey stalled and put other customers ahead of us, and when we had to remind him constantly, we got pushback, an attitude, and many excuses. We finally got our car back to us, and after ten long months, we had to have it towed to another shop. He told us it's drivable but shakes, but it isn't drivable at all! Stay away!"

"This was kind of an atypical service experience, but it was a good one. These guys helped me out with some car trouble while I was traveling, and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. I was driving west to Omaha on I-80 when my engine started to misfire. Atlantic was the closest town, and this garage is the first thing I spotted. I used the gas station next door to this place for a quick bathroom stop, and I asked the gal’s opinion of these mechanics. She said they were good people. So the easiest option seemed okay. Their help turned out to be a really pleasant experience. After I explained my situation the guy took a look right away, even though they were working on another car. The misfire is a known issue with my vehicle type, and after confirming that my spark plugs were fine and looking things over, nothing appeared wrong. After a system reset, the car was running normal. It was maybe 20 minutes, and I seemed good to go. (Turned out to be accurate, and didn’t have any more trouble.) He said he didn’t need to bill me for any work, but I offered to give some cash for their time. He declined. I got quick help and peace of mind, and they didn’t charge me a thing. It was much appreciated."

"Took my van in to get it worked on. told them what was going on with it and left it there for them to get to it when they got to it after about 2 days of it being there they called and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it besides the radiator cap was bad and they replaced it then i went to pick it up the next day and paid them the 55 dollars for the radiator cap and their "labor" (told me all they did was drove it around some the check engine light came on while they were driving it as well but never checked it while they had it) as soon as i left their lot my van it was still doing what it was doing when i took it in to them. After i got it back to them told them it still wasn't fixed i left it with them again and called them a few days later (they said they would check the engine codes this time around) and told them they might want to check the fuel pressure as i looked up some of what the symptoms were i was having and it lead me to believe the fuel pump was bad or going bad i was greeted with rude mechanic hanging up on me after telling me they will check it and just hung up on me. About a week later still no word from them about my van so i said forget it i would just go up and pick it up and fix it myself... called them to inform them i was going to come pickup my van and they didn't even have a clue who i was until i told them which car it was (i say my name when they answered and said certified auto repair) i got up there about an hour later and again all i got was rude customer service and being told they don't like it when someone tells them how to do their job... i don't think telling them that they might want to check the fuel pressure is telling them how to do their job it's going to be saving me money as it would put them heading in the right direction to fix the issue... After i picked it up i drove it almost 130 miles which i'm surprised it even made it and fixed it myself (dropped the fuel tank and replaced the fuel pump and found out someone had dumped sugar into my gas tank) now it is running like new... Don't take your vehicle to them if you are looking at getting your vehicle fixed... not worth the time or hassle..."
