I tried to call the 888 number to schedule a service for my vehicle- that was a joke- could not understand the individual talking, they put my on hold and after 10 minutes I hung up and called a different number. That worked! When I got there the service was very good and they were kind. I got a quote for some tires that I wish they would have explained though"

"I brought my tahoe in for a service and an error message on the dash. It took all afternoon for them to look at the vehicle just to diagnose and service. It was 50' outside and they said it was too cold for them to wash the vehicle through the automatic. After review service contacted me offering to detail my vehicle due to not having done so the day of service. Appreciate the call and concern to make customers happy."

It took them four and a half hours to reprogram a devise on my jeep which was to take one hour at the most. The mechanic that was doing the procedere said he would get nearly done then the online down load would stop and then he would have to start over. Ron"
