"We have gone here for the last 15 years but recently service has been lacking if not just down right not there. Two separate times we show up to get an oil change, because we shop at Walmart and we're going on a trip soon so we need the oil done, and one time no one was there when they should of been and another they down right lied and said they ran out of oil. He'll ill grab you some from the shelf right over here!!! Then today we stop by to fix a puncture hole in a tire and they tell us the system just went down. He was just hanging with his friends a second ago and laughing it up and since its a holiday weekend I imagine he wanted an excuse to get out early. They are no longer reliable. They can be convenient since I'm already there anyways and they get the job done but sometimes you have to deal with some laziness and lack of work ethic."

"I've never had issues with the tires I've gotten from there, but the speed as to getting it done is the other thing. It's a first come first served basis. But I've seen people show up, get their vehicle in and gone while I was waiting for mine. I know replacing tires takes time but not 4 hours. And they have 2-3 people working on 1 car. My step dad worked for a tire shop, I know how quick 4 tires should take and it doesn't really require more than 1 person. 2 or more can make it faster but not the case here."

"The dept manager is a fraud and not to mention lacks a serious amount of customer service skills. She literally said that they aren't responsible for their mistakes because everyone who works there is not a legitimate mechanic... ??? So if you're not a mechanic and just an automotive technician you don't have to be held accountable for your level of service, that makes sense. Long story short, look else where to get your vehicle serviced preferably a business that will up hold some ethics."
