"We are not from the area we drove three hours to pick up some furniture that we bought. We saw this place on Google. It was super kid friendly. There was a candle right by our table that was lit, and the waiter warned us of the candle with our kids, being near it, and then he proceeded to move it away from the area. The waiter was super kind and interacted with our kids. The food was really good and the service was fast."

"I went out to eat here to catch up with a good friend. This was my first time eating here since the new owners took over and I will say I am not impressed. I really enjoyed the food with the previous owners but something was definitely different with their menu items and the ingredients. I haven't been hearing many good things about this place since the new owners took over but I figured I would try it out myself. I ordered a chicken salad. Thinking, you can't really mess up a salad. For one thing, I asked for no mushrooms and they still added the mushrooms. Not a super big deal, I just picked them off. But when I tried the salad I couldn't even finish it. It had an awful taste and a worse aftertaste, as if the lettuce was not washed or something. Not sure what it was but wasn't happy with it. My friend ordered the Alfredo and she also couldn't finish it because of the taste. Probably will not be going here again. Very sad because there is no other place in Carroll to get authentic Italian food. Which this isn't even very authentic anymore in my opinion. On a more positive note they had good service and nice staff. Food isn't ridiculously overpriced which was nice too. If it wasn't for these last things listed, I would be giving a 1 star review. I do not recommend this place."

"Highly recommend! The food was excellent, service was so nice, the atmosphere is great. The price was surprisingly cheaper than expected for the quality of the food. Big servings too. 3 of us was $40 before tip. I will definitely be back for more. Even the salad that came with the meal was amazing, very fresh."

"My husband and I stopped in for dinner when RAGBRAI was in Carroll overnight. The staff handled the huge crowd with grace and kindness. We both had delicious pasta, and the group next to us had pizza which disappeared quickly. They had a nice wine and beer list. 100% recommend!"

"Really good Italian food. Nothing we ordered was bad. The seafood Alfredo was fantastic. Their Alfredo sauce is good but not heavy or sticky. You can taste the noodles and seafood. The cheese sticks are some of the best I have had. The garlic cheese bread was a pleasant surprise. The marinara sauce was great. Again. Tasty but not over powering. The service was attentive and polite and was not overwhelmed by our large group. If you want real good Italian food that is a few steps above olive garden this is the place."
