"0 STARS. Do not take your car to get fixed. Your best bet is to take it to Des Moines where they actually specialize in fixing your car. I took my car to get the stereo fixed here and they did that, HOWEVER i left the shop with more problems than what I initially took it in for. They charged me $1000 for the radio and messed up the touch panel, now they want ME to pay an extra $600 for the mechanics mistake. My wiper settings are messed up as well, it doesnt pulse and i never had that problem prior to getting the stereo fixed. His name is Luis Flores and he needs to be fired or retrained. I emailed them about it and it has been a week and still no response. If this happened to me, lord knows how many other cars they have "fixed". Will be taking corporate action and will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: it has been 2 weeks and still response or accountability from this Ford center. That just shows and says a lot about their customer service. If you are thinking of purchasing a car or getting it serviced, i urge you to reconsider and take your business somewhere else. They will not miss your business i promise you."

"My experience was between two and three stars I went to go get my car aligned and when I got there they took my car they were very nice very respectful but they decided to do diagnostics on my car without getting my approval, so they said they could not do the alignment unless they replace pieces or parts of the vehicle so I said I will come back later when I could pay the full amount. To my surprise they gave me a bill, and I said what's this? he said we charge for Diagnostics I asked please next time before you do diagnostics make sure that the customer is prepared AND AWARE to pay for Diagnostics so technically it was a hidden fee they will RUN DIAGNOSTICS ON YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT ASKING AND CHARGE FOR IT. I THINK THAT'S VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND BAD PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES. Was very upset but since they already did the Diagnostics I did pay for them it, would be nice for them to tell me hey we can't do this and I would decide whether or not to get the Diagnostics."
