"Not the type of H&R Block you want to go to. They are a different tax service that operates under a license agreement with H&R Block, I came in for my scheduled appointment and instead they wanted me to wait and fill out a form with sensitive information to hand over to a young receptionist, instead of handling the taxes with a tax professional right away like I have done with 3 other what I would consider real locations. I will travel the 20-30 minutes to Henderson to have the regular experience as this felt really odd and uncomfortable."
"The office was very easy to find. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. My preparer, Pablo was great. Very knowledgeable. I have not had to file taxes in awhile and I had lots of questions. Pablo was very patient and answered all of my questions. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The experience was a great one. I will definitely be returning to see Pablo next year."
"Many times to go have your taxes done. They do them and you sign. But at H&R they explained all items entered and the amount of money entered. The amount you are getting back. They even had the option to pay after you get your refund by automatic direct deposit. Love it."
