"I originally had an appointment at the Arroyo Crossing location at 1pm. No one was there to at the desk. I kindly asked the Walmart Associate if there was anyone working at the desk and she said no. There hasn't been anyone there since three days ago. I googled the nearest Jackson Hewitt location. I called the next location which was the JH location on blue diamond. A nice gentlemen by the name of Ron answered and he was very calm and very efficient. Due to school I was on a time constraint. I told him that I could be there in 15 mins. I got there and he greeted me right away and already knew who I was. The process was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Very professional, kind, and efficient. Come to find out we're from the same place and town. I will be coming back to Ron again and sure enough he knew that kind individual who helped me last year to.
