"I scheduled my first appointment around 2 weeks ago for 3/19 and when I called to check on my appointment I was told that there was a mix up and my appointment did not go through. I understand mistakes happen and they also gracefully admitted their mistakes and rescheduled me for a different time of the day. I went in for my rescheduled appointment and Jon guided me through the tax return. As he was going through my documentation he explained and answered some of the questions I was going to ask without me asking. This is what I find impressive to other so-called "tax professionals". Because from my previous experiences with other tax pros they only try to punch numbers in fast without much explanation and when I ask them a question I would only get vague answers with jargon. However, Jon gave me a short clean answer that clarified my questions and at the end of our session he said "Do you have any questions for me?" and to me, he even seemed eager to answer my questions. The whole process was quick, painless, and I find their pricing not cheap but fair. All in all, I am coming here again for the next tax return."
