"After making two separate video appointments with two different tax "professionals". Both were late. The first didn't bother to call at all. I called her and she didn't even know she had an appointment and when I asked for a different tax specialist she hung up on me and scheduled a random appointment in the computer to which I got an email confirmation. The second was 20 min late and at that point I didn't have time. Very unprofessional. And on top of that no one in the office knew how to set up a video call ... They "we're having trouble setting it up" ... But I'm supposed to trust them with setting up my taxes. Long story short, don't come here if you value your time and have taxes more complicated than just a w-2."
