"Too much sale driven (based on my experience with sales person there), too packed and cluttered environment, stays busy most of the time. 3 stars is given only out of respect to them. I am happy they have that many members, they must be doing something good but not for me. Wish you all more success and sale. Thank you."

"Love the amount of members who do whatever the hell they want; employees police nothing from signs they post to instructions they watch people ignore. Absolutely disgusting steam and sauna behaviors with full athletic shoes and clothes worn everyday every moment every visit!!!! Garbage parking where every juiced up meat head has handicap parking so those of us who are actually disabled we can screw right off!!!"

"My experience in Alan G's 8 Strikes Kickboxing class at the Henderson site left me with mixed feelings. It was my first time attending, and from the start, the workout proved to be high-intensity, incorporating a variety of kickboxing moves and dynamic floor exercises. Given my history of knee surgery, I decided to position myself at the back of the class, determined to give my best while being cautious. As someone who has previously engaged in intense workouts like Insanity, I've learned to adapt and modify exercises to accommodate my knee issues. During Alan's class, I tried to apply these modifications to make the movements less strenuous on my knee. However, this seemed to catch Alan's attention. At one point, Alan stopped in front of me, and to my embarrassment, he insisted that I perform the floor exercises exactly as he demonstrated. Trying to explain my situation and point to my knee surgery, I hoped to convey that I was taking it slow and being mindful of my physical limitations. In response, Alan spoke through his microphone, revealing that he had undergone surgery just four weeks prior and insisted that I follow his instructions, leaving me with little choice. Feeling uncomfortable with the pressure to conform to exercises that could potentially strain my knee, I decided to leave the class. While Alan's class may have the potential to be engaging and effective, the approach to participants with physical limitations felt intimidating. A more understanding and flexible approach to accommodating various fitness levels and conditions could greatly enhance the overall experience for participants."

"I enjoy my workouts at the Las Vegas Athletic Club. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the gym never feels overly crowded, which helps me avoid any feelings of claustrophobia. I appreciate that the machines are typically in good working order, and the cleanliness of the facility is top-notch. The added bonus of an indoor track and sauna is fantastic, although I haven't had the chance to try out the pool yet. One aspect I particularly love is the dedicated women's section. It's great to have a space where I can focus on my workout without feeling overwhelmed by a bustling atmosphere. As someone who is on the go, I appreciate the gym's environment, as it allows me to concentrate on my fitness goals efficiently."

"I joined in 2020 and this is my "home gym" for my membership. I like this facility slightly more than Green Valley location due to being larger and newer with more workout equipment and machines. The women's gym is great too. It''s by far the best value for a gym I have ever seen. Best decision ever. All of the classes are free and all of the ones I have tried are AMAZING....They also bring in a lot of community camaraderie and support local businesses. My daughter recently signed up for the playroom program so we upgraded the membership. It's worth it and she loves it. The only suggestion I have is please keep the playroom hours the same and do not cut them down during holiday time. Also there is one manager there who could be a little friendlier (not going to name names) but it's just one person that I felt could have been a bit more customer oriented when we had a request. Abel is a great supervisor (not sure his exact title) he helped me upgrade my membership and when I had a concern or questions he was so helpful and professional!! Made us feel taken care of. :) Anyway this gym is A1 ! Welcome to the best gym family !"
