"Dropped off an old RedMax 12” chain saw. Got a call that because the model number had worn off, he couldn’t repair it. And it would cost 75. to pick it up. Really? They lost a customer with s lot of equipment. Really."

"Worst place ever. We had a firman generator break down (mechanical issue and we wanted to repair the pull cord, even though it also has a push-button start) firman informed us that it normally takes around 2 hours to get the diagnostic done…..we called the 4 in 1 repair place to check in every few days….then every week. It took 2 months to get a diagnostic done. Firman shipped them the parts to fix the generator (the repair place wouldn’t speak with firman to confirm the parts until we had to call them and tell them that they had to….like what?). The repair place refused to acknowledge that they had received the parts, even though firman got a confirmation when they were delivered. After another month, they finally admitted that they had the parts. Fast forward another 2 months and the repair place finally calls us and says that they can’t fix the generator….but they installed the pull cord anyways? They said that we had 3 days to pick it up or they would start charging us to keep it there. They also commented that they couldn’t work on it before because the pull-cord was needed to turn it on….when I pointed to the big push-button starter on the front of the generator, they were very surprised, and said “oh, I didn’t know that was there”"
