"Good luck getting ahold of them, and if you schedule something they will likely just cancel the day prior. They would not work on window units, said they needed to order a part for one of my split units then never got back to me. Would not recommend."
"Tommy and Sam are good peeps to work with. Busy and not always proactive, but conscientiousness and do get the job done. Do NOT buy a Mitsubishi unit if you are by the ocean. Mine has failed after only three years, and that was with the extra cost weather coating. NS likely has other better units to choose from."
"Charlie and his team are amazing! One of our A/C units began to leak free-on into our house which could have been dangerous to our newborn. NS Air Conditioning was able to stop the leak and repair the unit very quickly. The service technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to work really well with the manufacturing company for our warranty. We highly recommend them. We will be using them again."
