"Sam is a great guy!. My 4 year old Samsung 55" TV all of a sudden made a loud popping sound and shut off. It was non-responsive. I called Sam and he said to bring it over to his shop in Waipio. I did and he explained everything and the options I had to fix it or not. Sam is very honest and truly amazing!"

"Dude was awesome, i showed up with a 60 in lcd sony tv i found on the curb, no power cords or anything, just thought it might be worth something. He took one look at it, hooked up a power supply(that i didn't have) and found out the tv worked just fine! I asked what i owed for the power cord, (which was extremely hard to find online, btw, very model specific), and he's like 15$. He said likely not in any store on hawaii, i believed him. I only had 12 in cash, i coulda paid card, but he took the twelve bucks and called it good! Super nice guy. And good man, looking out for people. Got a new tv now because of him, thank you again!!"

"The individual I worked with, Daniel, was incredibly kind and helpful. Though we ended up not getting our television repaired (at all), they were incredibly nice and explained the issue as well as providing us a receipt that listed the exact part we would need should we decide to get it repaired elsewhere or attempt to repair it ourselves. They helped me carry the TV into and out of the shop, and gave us very accurate assessment. They require a deposit, but put that deposit toward your repair, should you choose to repair whatever you bring in. Only downside is it is very hard to find, and the shop itself is quite cramped and cluttered."
